Disclaimer. FIX Parser is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Informational use only. Output produced by FIX Parser is for informational, debugging, and educational purposes only. The application parses FIX protocol text using a best-effort dictionary and is not certified to any FIX protocol revision or vendor-specific extension. Parsed output may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations — including but not limited to incorrect tag names, wrong enum labels, mis-grouped repeating groups, and incorrect inferences about order or session state.
Not a system of record. FIX Parser is not, and must not be used as, a system of record for trading, settlement, clearing, regulatory reporting, compliance, audit, dispute resolution, surveillance, or any other purpose where accuracy of FIX message interpretation is material. Always verify any conclusion drawn from FIX Parser against your firm's authoritative trading and post-trade systems.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operators, contributors, or affiliates of FIX Parser be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost data, regulatory penalties, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
User responsibility. You are solely responsible for the FIX data you load into the application, for any decisions you make based on its output, and for ensuring that any sharing or export complies with your firm's data-handling, confidentiality, and regulatory obligations. The application processes data in your browser; share links and saved analyses are produced only when you explicitly request them.
Changes. These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the application after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
